MINI-SERIES CONTINUED - We discuss Genndy Tartakovsky’s STAR WARS: CLONE WARS micro-series as part of our lead-up to FORCES OF DESTINY. We are joined by our book reviewer, Jocasta Drew (Drew Kaplan of StarWarsMaven.info) and Skywalker Nitzan Harel for a great discussion on Part 2 of this ground-breaking animated series. (Part 1 can be found here) Padme’s snow bunny outfit, Asajj Ventress’ death(??) and Mace Windu’s ability to wield the Force.
Father’s Day garnered two exciting experiences we want to recap!
- A visit to Walt’s Barn resulted in an interview with legendary Imagineer Bob Gurr (Autopia, Haunted Mansion, Matterhorn, the Monorail). Walt’s Barn is a historical building that’s free to visit on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of each month in Griffith Park. You can ride the train, rub elbows with Disney legends including our Fairy Podmother Margaret Kerry, and see where Walt Disney himself used to shave, live and work.
- We finally experienced Trials on Tatooine in IMAX VR at the IMAX VR Centre in Los Angeles. Yes! We got to hold virtual lightsabers and it was awesome!
